What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: : To have the ability to add Labels to Invoices. | Frequency: Sporadic | Invoices that are open due to questions from customer or a delay, having a way to quickly, visibly see the invoice has a label such as On Hold or a status of On Hold.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Manually clicking into the invoice to view any actions. Suggested in training to use discussions and the could put a label on the discussion.
