Name of Feature/Request: Change sales tax field to be required in locations

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the Tax Field for Locations added in Striven to be a required field when created to ensure that the location is taxed properly and avoid manual updates from having to be made. | Frequency: Every time a new Location is added into Striven | Currently, when a location is added by Striven the information is incomplete. Each customer billing location must have a sales tax entity.When this field is not completed, invoices are created without the correct sales tax when needed. This causes manual rework.If this field is made mandatory, individuals cannot add or change locations without having the correct sales tax. Every two weeks a report is pulled for new customers by our Accounting Coordinator that files sales tax to ensure the information is correct before it caused issues.If our future expected changes to sales tax in Striven will fix this current issue we can continue wit the manual process unless making it a mandatory field is a “quick fix”
