Name of Feature/Request: Add “Text” Button to send Sales Orders (and Invoices) instantly to Customers
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: Will save a lot of time, and create an easier way for a customer to view a Sales Order before sent out for approval. There is already an “Email” button for this exact process. Especially if the customer is right in front of you and wants to review or get a digital copy. (in case they do not have their portal set up or the portal is not easy for them to navigate)
Attempted solutions so far: Creating workflows, but workflows are not instant. This button would instantly send the customer a text with a link to their Sales Order. Similar to how you can instantly email them a link to their Sales Order.
