The issue here is that many IT setups don’t allow users to click links in emails. Without sending the PDF as an attachment that can be scanned by the end user’s system prior to opening, it makes them reply asking for the PDF. Every. Time. This quadruples the human effort in creating and sending every PO or Sales Order.
