What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To give the customers the ability to create sales orders when in the customer portal | Frequency: Everyday | That will help my customers a lot. They will be able to do all the activities in one place. Creating better communications and support to all my customers.
Attempted Solutions So Far: To add a button on the customer portal so that customer can submit a New Sales Order straight from the portal.
