Have an merge-field for associated Project and Sales Order from the original trigger Task for the new Task created via Workflow

Name of Feature/Request: Have an merge-field for associated Project and Sales Order from the original trigger Task for the new Task created via Workflow

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: Time savings and quality of life improvements as now the new person assigned to the new Task has to go and look for the information to populate on their Task because the original Task doesn’t even get associated to the new one as a reference either. The only real place to see the connection is in the Workflow Log.

Attempted solutions so far: We explored creating a Workflow based on Sales Orders or Projects but many different departments rely on this process and the stages we need to move these Tasks between departments solely depends on when one Task is completed. We will also be looking into Project Templates, but this information should be connected somehow between the original Task and the new one.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: The inability to automatically have connections between the old and new Task generated via Workflow really hinders the use cases of creating Tasks via Workflows and most definitely hinders current processes of passing work from one department to another seamlessly.
