Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
If the recipient notifications are missed from set up within the CRM Settings in the Company Settings then if there are hundreds or thousands of customers that process is very time consuming going into each customer records and manually setting the appropriate recipient up to receive notifications. You have to click multiple times in each especially if there are numerous notifications to be set up for such as Monthly Statement, Payment Notifications, etc. Additionally, if the recipient needs to be changed then you have to go back in again instead of being able to update en masse.
