What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: This would save time by letting teams quickly see which discussions include customer contacts without manually checking each record. It would reduce extra reporting work, improve visibility into customer communication, and make it easier for managers to track team activity and performance.
Attempted solutions so far: We’ve tried using filtered reports and exporting data to Excel to manually sort and compare discussions. This works as a temporary workaround, but it is time-consuming and not efficient for ongoing reporting.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: Teams need a simple way to measure and report on customer-facing communication. Before using Striven, this was handled through reporting tools that allowed clearer tracking of customer interactions. Adding this feature would bring similar visibility directly into Striven and support better workflow and decision-making.
