Name of Feature/Request: Add Customer Profile in Workflows
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add Customer Profile and Open Balance to the Customer information in Workflows. | Frequency: Currently not often due to limitations but planning to use more often if more information can be added. | “When I create a trigger for our deposit workflow, I would very much like to include more information than the customer’s name and phone number. Ideally, I would be able to link to their customer profile. Bonus if we could link to specific sales orders in the automated message. This trigger is built off of “customers” so more customer information in the merge fields would be extremely helpful. Their customer profile would be an awesome thing to have.”
Attempted Solutions So Far: The only Customer information so far within that Trigger is Customer/Vendor Name and Customer Primary Phone Number. Patrick desires more merge fields with additional Customer information.
