Name of Feature/Request: Add “Customer Primary Assignment” as a filter to the Quote Dataset in Report Builder
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: This would be a massive time saving as we have to find a work around where we either have to manually add a field somewhere to make this information reportable and where we add the field determines if we can do an import to update that information en mass or not. However, this information is already readily available on the Customer Dashboard on the “Primary Assignment” widget - we just can’t report on it.
Attempted solutions so far: Adding a Custom Field to the Customer Dashboard for the same thing or adding another field to the Sales Order.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: There is currently a “Sales Order: Customer Assignment: Primary” filter but it is just a Yes/No field and all other fields only pull from the Sales Rep on the Sales Order itself. But we want to see the Sales Orders for Customers with a specific Primary Assignment which is not always the same as the Sales Rep on the Sales Order itself.
