Add a “Default Assignee” Button next to Assignee field on Task to assign to the appropriate Employe/Pole after Requested By finishes filling out the Task details

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:

Easily set the Default Assignee instead of having to check at the Task Type level or create a new Task to check for it.

Attempted Solutions So Far:

Currently only when you create a task it auto-assigns or if you select default assignee on a task type change.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:

Many times when filling out a Task the Assignee is required upon Task creation. Users typically assign to themselves so they can fill out the necessary details first before assigning it the appropriate default Employee/Pool for that particular Customer. This is because the Default Assignee typically sees Task as soon as it is assigned and the Task information may not be complete. Having a button to assign the Default Assignee after the fact would ensure the correct Employee/Pool is assigned now that the information is filled in on the Task. This also applies to Opportunities. Additionally, while Requested By is still entering Task info, if the Assignee opens the Task, information being entered by the Requested By is lost.
