Name of Feature/Request: Ability to send multi-touch notification to Sales Rep for Sales Orders
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Create Employee Multi-touch that includes order information such as the sales rep. It would be nice to add that feature so the system can automatically notify when orders remain in a certain status (e.g. Quoted) for a certain period of time, or when it is 1 day away from the target date or other similar logic.
