Name of Feature/Request: Ability for Customers to submit Tasks directly to a Project via Portal

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow Customer’s to be able to submitadd a new Task to an associated Project via the Customer Portal. Ideally, this can be accomplished from the Project’s Task List. | Frequency: Frequently | This would be beneficial when a Project is associated with a customer in the event where a customer may have additional requests to be added to a project. If a project is more collaborative with a customer, it can allow for more efficient communication and clear layout of what Tasks are necessary to complete the project. This feature would save time that is currently being spent ensuring that a customer submitted unassociated Task is located, assigned, and completed by the correct personnel. It will also empower the customer to feel more “in control” of the tasks and Project Management they are associated with.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Manually adding tasks. Investigated task type settings, and assigning a default task type to a project, however these did not prove to be an adequate solution during testing.
