Name of Feature/Request: Give customers using the portal an ability to add tasks to certain Project Management. (Software Adoption for example)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When customers create tasks for the Software Team, provide them the ability to use a task type specific to the Adoption Phase vs a Get Help from Software, and the ability to assign specific project milestones. This way the task is easier to reassign when the customer assigns it to a pool of team members. | Frequency: Often in the adoption phase of Project Management | Adoption is a very Importsant stage of a software project and making it easier for the customer to document their tasks would be ideal.
Also will make the life of the team working on the adoption phase of the project to have a much cleaner process in documenting tasks.
Attempted Solutions So Far: During the software teams adoption phase of Project Management we usually are given large quantity of enhancements & bugs.
An idea the coordination team came up with was for the ability to give the customers an option to create tasks in certain milestones that are selected to be viewable and create tasks that are adoption specific task type.|
This will make it easier for us to not miss tasks & so the customer doesn’t forget to assign a certain member to the teams.

(Software Adoption for example) | Previously accomplished: Currently the customer can create a get help from software and have to specifically assign a user or it will go to a support pool or we use an excel sheet which is not ideal
