Name of Feature/Request: Work Flow add Merge Field for Start Time in all communications
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Provide a text message to a customer notifying them of pending arrival based on task Start Date and Time | Frequency: Multiple time Daily | The customer is using Work Flows from the task data set to send out notifications of Service calls. The customer receives a text message with the Date of the service call but there is not estimated time and the service team usually completes 5 to 6 service calls daily so there is a wide variance in estimated arrival time.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Using Work Flows to send out notifications based on the task start time 24 hours in advanced but are only able to let the customer know the Date of the service call and not the estimate time of the service call
