While creating a task, Sales Orders and Assets to be dependent on the customer location selected.

Name of Feature/Request: While creating a task, Sales Orders and Assets to be dependent on the customer location selected.

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: While creating a task customer would like for the Sales Orders and Assets to be dependent on the customer location selected. To clarify they only want to be able to select the SO and asset with the same location as the task and not be able to select SO and assert with other locations of the same customer. | Frequency: Multiple instance in a day | To prevent the accidental selection of the wrong Agreement and/or Asset and resulting inability to track serial numbers in case of manufacturer recall and/or safety concern.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Manually identifying SO that has same address as the task

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Please complete the field dependencies in Tasks for Locations to Agreements and Assets.
When building out a Task, Location is dependent on the Customer. The Agreement, Project and Assets should follow in line as well. The Agreement and Location must be dependent on the Location if the Location is being used to differentiate a Customer’s jobs from one another, in lieu of utilizing sub-customers, like other systems. Customer → Location (only available if within the Customer’s Locations) → Agreements (Only available from both the Customer and Location, as different Customers may have the same location - commercial Project Management with multiple tenants)

Customer → Location (as above) → Asset (Only available from the Customer and Location, as the Customer may change with the Location’s change in ownership)

The biggest issue with not having the dependency hierarchy for us it when a contractor builds 150 homes per year, each with 2 assets and 4 sales orders. It’s impossible to use the drop down, because it only provides the first 10-15 options. It requires a note with the exact sales order number and asset title and location name to set up a task.
