What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The goal here is that when a customer contact is making a task in the portal, to allow for that contact to select a location from the customer location list.Add location option, if contact has a location associated to them, this should be selected by default. If only one location, then nothing shows up. Customer Requirements: wants their customers to be able to submit service requests via the portal, but they need to know what customer location needs the service. Things to Consider: Customers with multiple locations will need to be able to identify which location their request for service is meant for. Is there a workaround for this, such as including the location in the request discussion or description field?
