Name of Feature/Request: View Customer PO from the Sales order List View
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To view customer PO from the sales order List View | Frequency: Our customers will ask about a certain PO of theirs and when I go to the sales order list, I have to open every single order from that customer to determine what PO they are talking about. | I literally use this several times a day. Our customers will ask about a certain PO of theirs and when I go to the sales order list, I have to open every single order from that customer to determine what PO they are talking about. One customer has 18 orders open right now and opening all of them to find the one I am looking for is painful. What I started doing is renaming the orders by the order number and the PO but then the numbering system of orders gets messed up and it keeps naming the orders the same number so that isn’t a great fix. I did build a new report but again…not a great fix. Having the customer PO number as a column in the sales order list is ideal because customers use their number when referencing an order and not my order number, which they many not yet know.
