Customer Requirements: Things to Consider: Currently we can create tasks types from an email but it would be very helpful if we can create opportunities via an email also. Promised Date: Files/Links/s: Original Description:Currently we can create tasks types from an email but it would be very helpful if we can create opportunities via an email also. At this time you have either create an opportunity task and then create an opportunity from that or copy the contents of the email into a new opportunity. Both methods are less efficient than having the option of creating an opportunity directly from an email.
