Name of Feature/Request: Feedback Icon Adjustment
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Update the happiness rating links to be compatible with outlook | Frequency: when feedback emails are sent | allow users to provide feedback more accurately, may result in more feedback due to user’s being able to see the feedback options if the icons don’t load

Original Request: When receiving feedback emails following a closed task, if images do not load due to Outlook security settings preventing the images from loading, users are unable to see which reaction they’re clicking. I’ve included a screenshot in the description field of the issue.
What is the Goal/Topic?: Add an indicator such as text either above or below the feedback icons indicating which icon corresponds to which rating
Where in the system is this located?: N/A- this is in the customers email
How is the user accomplishing now / past: They have never been able to see the images
Steps Taken: -requested more information | Previously accomplished: feedback emails are sent to the task requestor upon the task being closed, if Outlook prevents downloading of images (which it does by default), the task requestor cannot see which icon corresponds to the feedback they wish to give
