Name of Feature/Request: Striven Sales Consultants Should Have Unlimited Full Access to the Test Drives
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Anyone with XXX@striven.com would automatically be exempted from being flipped back to Test Drive User in the Test Drive systems. | Frequency: daily | This is NOT a reasonable work around. Currently it would require manual checking of all Miles IT employees in all test drives on regular (multiple times a day) basis. Miles IT Employees should be exempt of the rules of test drive lock outs and test drive user role limitations. It is unreasonable to ask someone to watch the permissions and continue manual flip them back. Striven sales consultants should have unlimited full access to the test drives at all times so they can demo from the same systems that prospects have access to for testing purposes. This creates unexpected limitations for Sales Consultants while trying to demo the system to our prospects.
Attempted Solutions So Far: when logging into the test drive you must select open company to access them or they revert to Test Drive user.
I am training everyone new to do this but some of the older employees had done this prior to our discovering the issue.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: I need full access to manufacturing test drive.
