What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add workflow action to run and schedule existing reports in Report Builder nightly that can get exported and emailed. | Frequency: Daily | This would be a more automated process which would save time at the beginning of each day.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Workflows currently available in Striven do not export a full report. Although they can be filtered using Report Builder, the actual reports themselves are not able to be sent via email.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using the new Report Builder in Striven, and while it’s a great tool, I’ve thought of a couple of enhancements that could make it even more powerful and user-friendly. I wanted to share these ideas with the community and see if others have similar thoughts or additional suggestions. Here’s what I have in mind:
Highlighting/Coloring Options:
For users who manage workflows based on the status of line items, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows for color-coding or highlighting based on status. This would make it easier to spot key information at a glance, especially in complex reports. This type of feature is common in other ERP systems and would add significant value to the Striven Report Builder. I have included a photo of a past ERP system:
Scheduled Reports with Email Integration:
Another feature that could improve efficiency is the ability to schedule reports to run at specific times and automatically email the results. For example, setting up a report that sends tomorrow’s Sales Order details the night before would streamline operations. Additionally, this feature could be integrated with workflows, where certain conditions in the workflow trigger these scheduled reports, making it even more useful for automation and ensuring timely access to information.
