SSL and TLS should be separate configurable options for email relay

Name of Feature/Request: SSL and TLS should be separate configurable options for email relay

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have a separate configuration for the Email Relay settings to enable “TLS Encryption”.Things to Consider:We currently have the option to "Enable SSL Encryption"Article Explaining the DifferenceSSL (Secure Sockets Layers)TLS (Transport Layer Security)SSL and TLS are both cryptographic protocols that provide authentication and data encryption between servers, machines, and applications operating over a networkIn reality, SSL is only about 25 years old. But in internet years, that’s ancient.TLS 1.3 makes significant improvements over its predecessors and right now major players around the internet are pushing for its proliferation. At this point, if you’re still using SSL you’re years behind, metaphorically living in a forlorn era where people still use phone lines to dial on to the internet.Original Request: While this is not an issue right now because we are able to get things to work for providers like Office 365 and Gmail, there are other providers that will require either TLS or SSL.So this is less critical right now, but in the long term I think is something we will run into at some point | Frequency: Sometimes on new tenant creation
