Attempted Solutions So Far: In the meantime, an alternative solution would be to add a price/cost to your item. Add it to the sales order along with the S&H. Then, add a second line item with a Discount item to deduct the same amount as your item subtotal. This would bring the total of the sales order equal to just the S&H. Please find an example in the screenshot below:
