Name of Feature/Request:
Option to make the “Ship Via” field expanded by default, it currently hides under a link for “tracking information”
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this:
This won’t get missed during entry of the sales order as often, saving time going back after review of the order prior to creation.
Attempted solutions so far:
Training for order entry personnel to expand that field prior to starting data entry for the sales order.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven:
previous system used had a visible field for Ship Via.
