What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic?: The goal is to streamline the application of promotions in sales orders by automatically including a promo line item when any eligible product is added to the order, and adjusting the discount appropriately when eligible products are removed.

How is the user accomplishing now / past: Currently, we add PROMO line items to sales orders manually. This process is prone to errors and inconsistencies, as salespeople often fail to add the promo line item when eligible products are included. Instead, they use different versions of the promo name in the discount description, making it difficult to run accurate reports.
