Name of Feature/Request: Request for additional statuses on Sales Orders + Contract Managed Orders
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add additional statuses for Sales Orders such as Scheduling. Or allow for custom statuses to be created. | Frequency: During busy season a lot. We don’t have the time to be searching when a job is in limbo. | We don’t have an option now and it takes too much time during our day (especially during busy winter season) to look for paperwork or the “where could it be” situation. If we see a status is changed from “In Progress” to “In Scheduling” then I would know the product has come in and the job was sent to the scheduling department.
