What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Wants a management tool to help streamline their workflow and provide a visual method to easily update and track a CUSTOM Sales Order Statuses. | Frequency: Anytime a Sales Order Status moves to the next stage. | Crystal Sensations uses Sales Orders as Project Management in their workflow and want a visual method to easily update and track a CUSTOM SO Statuses. They wanted a system to track sales orders through various departments and milestones, providing a clearer overview of active Project Management.

Attempted Solutions So Far: -Have Tasks in a Project include the desired Custom Status and then relate Sales Order to Project.

-Create custom report using Sales Orders Data Set to have all information laid out on report and then Refine Results in order to better manage information at large. While the Report Builder offers improved filtering and reporting options, it doesn’t fully address the need for a visual, drag-and-drop project management interface similar to PipeDrive, which they previously used.

-Use Sales Order Status Report however the user cannot change Statuses that way.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Was able to manage Sales Orders by management tool in Pipedrive software.
