Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven:

  • Prior to utilizing Striven, the previous system allowed these documents to be called “Proposals” because that is the standard language the industry expects. Both employees and customers are already completely accustomed to this vocabulary. Forcing a shift to “Sales Orders” creates an unnecessary learning curve for teams and causes confusion for clients, who question why an “order” is being generated before project approval. Having this relabel option would ensure smooth software transitions and maintain natural business communication.

We used the relabel option in our system sales orders to quote and task to work orders. This work fine for us.
