Pull oldest lot number automatically on invoice lines without having to click into each line 1 by 1

Name of Feature/Request: Pull oldest lot number automatically on invoice lines without having to click into each line 1 by 1

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Eliminate manual efforts when item builds are used on invoices, and match the same process being used when item builds are created. | Frequency: Frequently when invoices are created using builds | The functionality exists to pull in oldest lot number automatically during item build, but even when that message shows up on the invoice, the user still has to click into each line to select the lot. This is very time-consuming and manual for the customer because many of their invoices have tons of lines that have to be configured 1 by 1

Attempted Solutions So Far: System requires a lot number to be added to the invoice to move forward and they have to click into each line to select the oldest lot instead of the configuration in Item Settings automatically carrying over to invoices vs just item builds

[15:55] Courtney has joined the conversation [15:55] Courtney: Greetings Spenser! Of course, we can help. What is your request? [15:56] Spenser Rhodes: Can you put a button similar to the one that exists on builds on invoices? The button automatically applies the oldest lot. [15:56] Spenser Rhodes: We have invoices that can have 50+ items on them, and it would be a real time saver [15:56] Courtney: Can you share a screenshot from the builds to show me which button you are referring to? [15:57] Courtney: Just to make sure I know exactly what you are requesting when I open a ticket for this [15:58] Spenser Rhodes:

[15:59] Courtney: Yes I see it. Thank you for clarifying. I will go ahead and open the request. Please be aware enhancements can take time to make it through the review process. However, I am happy to advocate for this. I will get the task opened and follow up with you through the discussions on the task. Does that work for you? [16:00] Spenser Rhodes: That works for me. It just seems a little silly to click each item and click the automatically apply lot button. It’s too many clicks. Thanks [16:00] Courtney: I can completely understand that. I will get that opened and be in touch with you soon on next steps. [16:00] Courtney: Is there anything else I can help with at the moment? [16:00] Spenser Rhodes: That’s it. Thank you! [16:00] Courtney: Ok I hope you have a great day! [16:00] Courtney: Thank you for your chat today. You should be receiving an email requesting your feedback.
