Name of Feature/Request: Prevent Duplicate Customers/Vendors From Being Created
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Create a setting to prevent the creation of duplicate customers/vendors. | Frequency: Multiple times a month. | Customers/Vendors can be checked for duplicates upon save but this can be easily overlooked. This leads to duplicates and then a merge is needed later which can be messy if both accounts are being used unknowingly.
Attempted Solutions So Far: The system has warnings when creating a new customer that pop up when a duplicate is about to be made. Don Den’s did not like this as he believes it is easy to ignore.
