Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Hi Support - we have continually had issues since we launched with duplicate order numbers. I know Striven is supposed to give you a popup whenever a duplicate order number is about to be created and ask if you want to keep or pick a new one - we have instructed our users over and over to select “pick new one” and everyone says they are doing that, but we just continue to have duplicates come up all the time. Is anyone else experiencing an issue like this? I can’t imagine after this much repeated training that this is still being caused by human error. Also, is there any way to completely eliminate this risk? Can we prevent duplicate order numbers permanently and have the system always pick a new number? | Previously accomplished: Currently, employees are using Next Available Number but they still have multiple duplicate numbers.
