Name of Feature/Request: Popup/Reminder App for Striven
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Popup/Reminder App for Striven | Frequency: During operations | We have a customer that has several companies. He and his companies have special instructions that we need to make visible when going to the contact or customer. For instance, one contact, a CPA doesn’t want his customers to be sent to collections or charged a late fee. We need to make the special instructions more visible. If we had a popup reminder for his account within Striven everybody in the company would see the popup instructions. With Stickr chrome extension, only the desktop computer user sees the reminder note, i.e. whoever set it up. If a popup reminder was built in to Striven, it would be able to be seen by everybody.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Utilize Notes feature, which can be applied to both the customer record and its associated contacts.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
I found a chrome app called Stickr. It only creates a popup on a particular URL. So it works with Striven but it is not enterprise wide. Each computer in my office would need to download the chrome extension and each person would have their own notes for a particular URL (customer in Striven).
I’d like to make a formal future feature request for a built in popup reminder feature in Striven.
The customer is using the Stickr Chrome extension.
