What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To notify a manager if a technician goes beyond the budgeted hours on a task in real-time | Frequency: During operations | The customer works with multiple salespersons who go to different locations to install cameras. With this notification, they will be able to call the technician for real-time updates and understand why the technician might be behind schedule.
