Name of Feature/Request: Merge Fields in Opportunity Discussion Templates
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Opportunities are constantly in use by IT, and we’d love to be able to use more discussion templates, like we do for tasks | Merge fields for discussion templates in tasks are robust, allowing us to pull in the customer name, employee name, signatures, dates/times, etc. For opportunities, they are very limited, and do not offer similar capabilities.
