Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: So we have Project Management and depending on what customer the Project Management are for, the Project Management are structured differently, (different customers, different requirements). Within every project is a certain number of milestones. Within each milestone is a certain number of tasks.
Previous to this time, the sales people worked directly for Action Solar so it didn’t matter, they could see every project, regardless of the customer.
We now have an Individual Sales Rep, (we will be getting more). So this one brings in Company A. He / She will need to be able to create Project Management, create milestones, and choose from the different task types that I have created, to build that project.
Here is where is gets more complicated. Individual Sales Rep A brings in a project from company A, we will call that project A. Now Individual Sales Rep B brings in another project from Company A, we will call that project B. Sales Rep B, needs to have full access to project B, without access to project A; even though the two Project Management are for the same Company A.
That was why I was wondering if the permissions can go down to the project, milestone, task level, per person?
