Increase Customer/Vendor Note Character Limit on Customer/Vendor Dashboard

Frequency: From my standpoint alone, multiple times a week.

We do this well already, we just need more space! Currently it allows 500 characters.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
An insanely useful feature of the client dashboard is the big red note field. It allows us to quickly and loudly communicate essential customer-required protocols to staff.
The only real problem with this is that between the Account Managers, CIOs, Support, and Project staff needing to update this critical field, there is presently a character limit we must compete with.
We could either increase the character limit or revisit the concept of why this is important and make it a more customer-inclusive, interactive area of Striven where we can provide company updates in instances of large-scale disruptions, service outages, etc. The customer could also provide similar bulletins to all teams at the company quickly.
