Name of Feature/Request: Feature Request: Put a Character Limit in the Title Field
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: A few times the customers have used the title field as a description field. | Character limit on the title field so that the support queue isn’t filled with paragraphs of descriptions for a title (see image in discussions).
Attempted Solutions So Far: (nothing really to “Attempt” here other than ask customer not to do that but it should be hard-capped at something reasonable.)
