One of Striven’s useful tools is the Team Efficiency Report, which allows Managers or Team Leaders to track Employee metrics, such as Response Time to Tasks, Average Time to Resolve Tasks, the total number of Tasks assigned per Employee, and more (as indicated in light blue). This helpful report gives your Company’s leaders insight into how productive the Employees are and highlight Employees that are excelling beyond expectations.
Not only does the Team Efficiency Report give you a general overview of your staff’s productivity, but it also provides links to view Tasks and details so you can really drill down into how your Tasks are being handled (as indicated with green arrows).
And you are not limited to just reporting on Teams with this report; you can use the filters at the top of the page to filter by Employees, Job Titles, Divisions, or Task Type (as indicated in orange).
Using the Team Efficiency Report can provide important data that will help determine how successful current workflows are or identify areas that may need improvement. You can find this valuable report in your Striven system by navigating to Reports → Service → Team Efficiency.
