Name of Feature/Request: Hearth Edition Automatically adds additional Customer names as “Middle Names”
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: In the Hearth Edition of Striven, when adding a married couple as a Customer from the Quick Add (+) directly on an Invoice or Sales Order, it automatically generates the second individual’s name as the “middle name” and won’t include both names on the Customer Dashboard. For example, adding a Sue and Vince Rogers, the system would make “and Vince” the middle name and the Customer name in the System would be Tom Jones. | Frequency: Every time when entering a married couple from an SO or Invoice | During busy seasons, we don’t have time to enter each Customer from the Customer screen. We prefer to quickly add a Customer from an SO or Invoice using the quick add button. We prefer to put married couples together so we have one contact for both instead of two, but the second name is always listed as the middle name.
