Have the ability to mark at the Customer Level for Do Not Charge Convenience Fees

Save time and maintain accuracy by having an option to not charge a particular customer so it’s never an option.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
They would need to create change orders for each customer they need to update to not get convenience fees.
The customer has two types of fees an Auto Pay Fee and then a convenience fee. The challenge with the current way convenience fees work is that they are charged based on the payment type and if a customer is already paying an auto pay fee they doe not want to add another fee to the auto pay.

The customer wants to charge two Types of Fees. a Fee for using Autopay Varies and we are able to control this with Custom fields and Merging data into the Imports file. All payment types are excepteda Convenience fee for all electronic payments received that are not on Auto Pay. They could be received via Portal/Phone call or Mail.
The ability to set a Customer account as not being charged a Convenience fee will allow them to control customers that are already on Autopay and being charged a fee. To set this at a customer level and have the setting inherited on the transactions would help control how the fees are processed and applied. They understand they would control this manually as customer move on and off of autopay.
Some Government accounts will not work with anyone who charges a convenience fee.
