Name of Feature/Request: Have the ability to add multiple requested by on tasks

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have a permission or feature so if a user is tagged on a task in the Portal but can not access the task, they will then be able to view it. | Frequency: Can’t quantify it, but support says it happens often

Attempted Solutions So Far: Currently you would need to update their user role to be able to view all tasks but this is not ideal for the customer

Is there a way to customize access for the “Default for Customer Contacts” role in Striven? I have a customer that will occasionally need to escalate a ticket to folks internally. The issue is, these folks cannot see any details of the tasks because they are not the “requested by”, and they do not have the Support Coordinator role in striven.
The customer cannot give them support coordinator because he does not want them to be able to view ALL tasks, but he does want them to be able to see tasks that they are tagged into the discussions for. We cannot forward info, or provide them info in the discussions because they lose context not being able to see the info in the task itself and the past discussions. Images are also lost as well

Is there a way to create a custom role so that if someone is tagged into a task discussion, they can see that task (but only that task)?
