Name of Feature/Request: Have Projected Expiration Date or Completion Date automatically calculated on sales orders that will be replaced by a new Change Order with a future effective date
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Track when parent sales orders will be replaced by a child change order. | Frequency: N/A - Trying to develop necessary process for forecasting | This is impacting the ability to accurately forecast because change order end dates and new effective dates for new/old totals is not there. Additionally, the report builder cannot filter this information to exclude change orders that are no longer applicable. It would be possible if the end dates were able to be set on change orders and have it included as a field/filter in Report Builder.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Attempted to use old version of Report Builder, but could not find any applicable filters/columns. Now in the new report builder there is still no option for this.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Currently not able to accomplish only pulling in applicable (most recent change orders) into the new report builder with their end dates and new effective dates as well as the totals
