What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: : The user is asking if the automatic PDF attachment feature, currently available for outbound invoice emails, can also be applied to quotes and vendor POs. He wants all outbound emails to include PDFs directly, rather than just links, because some customers prefer receiving attachments. He would prefer this feature to be added to match the invoice functionality. | Frequency: Frequently | This request is needed because currently only outbound invoice emails can include automatic PDF attachments, while quotes and vendor POs cannot. As some of his customers prefer receiving the document directly as a PDF rather than accessing a link.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: : Good morning, yesterday with your help I was able to turn on the setting for customer to receive their invoices via pdf attachment automatically on outbound New Invoice emails. Is this a feature I can turn on for our quotes as well? Same with Vendors and POs? To clarify I’m looking for a way on all outbound emails to have a pdf attachment included.
