Display more Contacts on the Customer/Vendor Dashboard
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Display customer account information all on one page directly on the Dashboard.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Currently we have a link within the account note with all the locations and the contacts, but it would be much easier and convenient (and better for support when reaching out) If there was a secondary contact listed right on the dashboard for the different locations.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
Some Customers have many locations (and more coming in the future) and one of the issues is that the Primary Contact for all is one Contact however each location has its own location manager that is the primary for day to day things.
