Allow Contacts to be assigned to multiple locations

Name of Feature/Request: Allow Contacts to be assigned to multiple locations

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow contacts to be assigned to multiple customer locations | Frequency: Every day (50+ times a day) | Schoolpride has customers that have multiple departments within them. (University with different academic departments, sports departments etc.)

When they generate a Sales Order / Invoice in Striven, they select the Customer (OHIO state University) and the Bill To / Ship To is set as the department (Baseball Department).

This is working for them to a degree, but what they really want to have is the ability to link 1 contact to every different location within the Customer account. This will allow them to send SO/Invoice notices to the correct person.
