Allow Contacts to be assigned to multiple locations

Frequency: Every day (50+ times a day)
This will allow them to send SO/Invoice notices to the correct person.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
Schoolpride has customers that have multiple departments within them. (University with different academic departments, sports departments etc.)
When they generate a Sales Order / Invoice in Striven, they select the Customer (OHIO state University) and the Bill To / Ship To is set as the department (Baseball Department).
This is working for them to a degree, but what they really want to have is the ability to link 1 contact to every different location within the Customer account. This will allow them to send SO/Invoice notices to the correct person.
