Name of Feature/Request: Default Class auto-populating for Bills and Credit Memo’s
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When there is only one Class in the system, the system will automatically populate this Class as the “Default Class” on Bills, Credit Memo’s, Credit Card Charges, Fund Transfers, and Bill Credits. | Frequency: Every time we create Bills, Credit Memo’s, Credit Card Charges, Fund Transfers, and Bill Credits | We only have and need one class in the system to track the transactions of another company we purchased and it is troublesome to have to and expect people to manually change this each time these transactions are made.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Set up a new Class in the Customer’s system. They noticed that the Default Class on a Bill and Credit memo automatically populate with this new class even if the transactions aren’t tied to anything and it is just a new Bill or Credit Memo. This does not happen on any other Transaction and the Class is to separate transactions from the main company and the new company we created the Class for, so they do not want every Bill and CM defaulting to the new company’s Class to prevent human error not removing it. | Previously accomplished: Not being accomplished
