Name of Feature/Request: Custom Field Audit Log data set
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to create reports based on audited changes to Custom Fields | Frequency: Multiple times a day | This customer is using a Custom field at the Sales order level to pass from one department to another.
When a Sales order is created in the Quote status and the custom fled is used to requeswt art work. Then about 30 minutes the art work is created and the custom field is changed to idnetify that the art work was completed.
So they would like to report on when/who and what status the custom field was changed to.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Work Flows
Tasks take too long to create - work flow will not create the task every 3 hours missing the tun around time of 30 minutes or less.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: In the past there were key indicators being tracked in Net suite using the Sales Order Status
