Name of Feature/Request: Create permission to not allow invoice or work order creation from an estimate prior to it reaching the Approved status
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Improve user access control on sales orders/tasks. | Frequency: Any time there is a new sales order there is a risk. | Notifications for this customer are set to go out for their work orders purposefully, but if a work order is created before a sales order is approved it does not look good for them. The work order notifications cannot just be turned off because they need to notify their customers about when work is set to begin.
