Company Setup Guide - Get Support

Striven offers unmatched Customer Support by providing a variety of ways to request assistance or ask questions of our knowledgeable and friendly Support Team.


  • Striven Support Chat

    • Select the “Chat” option from the Striven Diamond menu.
    • There is also a “Live Chat” option available from in the lower right corner of the page.
  • Submit Ticket

    • Select the “Submit Ticket” option from the Striven Diamond menu to create a Task for a Striven Support Specialist to aid in your request.
    • This option is also available at the top of the Live Chat popup on our website by clicking on the “Submit a Ticket” link.
    • Click the “Submit Task” button on the top left of the Customer/Vendor Portal screen.
  • Create a Task via Email

    • Send an email detailing your request to, which will automatically create a Support Task and assign it to a Support Specialist to assist you.
  • Schedule Support

    • Schedule a brief meeting/screenshare with a Striven Support Specialist by clicking on the Schedule Support link located in the Striven Diamond Menu.
    • This option can also be found on our website under the Contact menu and selecting Support, then clicking on the option to “Schedule Now.”
